Please show up 15-20 minutes early as the boat will leave at the scheduled time with or without you. No refunds will be given if you miss the boat.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours, we do not offer refunds for cancelations with less than 48 hour notice unless you purchase the trip insurance.

We watch the weather closely as it changes constantly in Hilton Head. If the tour needs to be cancelled due to the weather we will let you know as soon as the Captain makes the call. We will do our best to reschedule your family to another tour. If we are unable to reschedule you, we will issue a full refund.
